As of 2023, we have several hundreds of brands selling protein bars, but which of them is good tastewise and has a good amount of protein?

After my personal experience and my thorough research, I found that the Kirkland protein bars are one of the best protein bars for men and women for muscle building. Consider it your go-to high-protein snack that tastes delicious.

Many proteins bar excellent in taste, but they suck at the eating experience as they tend to stick to your teeth and feel gluey. There are rarely any protein bars that offer the best flavors and eating experience in a protein bar.

I found that Kirkland from Costco is one brand that offers both qualities in a protein bar.

Kirkland protein bars are available in four different flavors at Costco stores; I loved how good its chocolate chip cookie flavors are. It is excellent in taste and easy to eat, chew and digest as well.

The chocolate chip cookie flavor is better than the cookies and cream. It is easy to chew, and it doesn’t stick to your teeth.

Cookies & cream are hard to get off the wrapper (sticky protein bar); it’s hard to chew and tastes a lot worse than chocolate chip cookie flavor. On the other hand, it has most of the net carb as well.

Protein bars like Kirkland and other brands offer a wide range of flavors in protein bars; some are good in taste but terrible at eating, and some taste bad while they are easy to eat.

1 thought on “Kirkland Protein Bars Review – Best Costco Protein Bar?”

  1. Costco chocolate chip and fudge protein bars are a staple for me. You are being kind when you say the oreo bar tastes a lot worst. That flavor should not be sold and certainly not be sold with the peanut butter bars. The packaging arrangement for the peanut butter bars and oreo bars make the peanut butter bars twice as expensive as the chip bars and oreo bars. I just throw away the oreo bars if I buy the peanut bars.
